If emails sent to your current email address are undeliverable, you will be asked to update your email address the next time you access your account. Your email address is critical as Foodservice ProPoints sends “Get to the Point”, a monthly newsletter that provides information about new Sponsors, special promotions, and general program information.

Foodservice ProPoints lets you earn rewards for your business, your employees, and yourself, just for buying quality products from leading foodservice manufacturers and service providers. It's free and easy to participate.
How do I earn points?
On the web site, you can download a list of all qualifying products or you can navigate by sponsoring manufacturers to view qualifying products. If you redeem on more than 10 manufacturers in a given calendar month, you will automatically receive an additional 10% bonus point on the entire month’s purchases.
How do I redeem points?
Log on to the site find the manufacturers and qualifying products you have purchased and post the number of cases purchased. Once you have posted your purchases you have two options; upload scanned images of your proof-of-purchase invoices or, print the confirmation form, attached proof-of-purchase invoices and mail them to Foodservice ProPoints for processing.

What if I forgot my Password?
Click on "Forgot Password?" right below the login area on the login page. You will be asked to supply the answer to your Security Question. What happens after I complete my enrollment?
Once you are verified and activated, you will receive an email welcoming you to the program. You may start entering redemptions and earning points right away.
Can more than one person at my establishment post redemptions?
Only one person per establishment may enroll. However, as a member of Foodservice ProPoints, you may allow others in your organization to access certain areas of your online account on your behalf. These additional users may have access to any or all of the following areas of the Web site or program communications: Post redemptions, receive a monthly newsletter, Check Account Balance, and Shop for Rewards. Click on "My Profile" to set up additional users to your account.

Who is the program for?
Foodservice ProPoints is a rewards program for foodservice operators including, but not limited to, Business Cafeterias, Elementary/Secondary Schools, Colleges/Universities, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Restaurants & Bars, Convenience Stores, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, Correctional Facilities, and other establishments where food is served to patrons. The program is currently limited to operators located in the U.S., and U.S. territories.
I started to complete the enrollment process but could not finish it. Now I cannot find the information I previously entered. How do I complete my enrollment?
The enrollment process must be completed in one session. For security purposes, incomplete enrollments cannot be re-visited during a subsequent session. You may start your enrollment process again by clicking on the "Join Free" button.
How does Foodservice ProPoints use the personal information it collects in connection with the program?

Participation in Foodservice ProPoints is open to foodservice operators from the following types of establishments: Business and Industry, Elementary/Secondary Schools, Colleges/Universities, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Restaurants & Bars (fine dining/white tablecloth, casual/theme/dinner house, mid-scale/family/coffee shop/cafeteria, limited/quick service and bars/taverns), Supermarket/Delis, Convenience Stores, Bakeries, Other Retail, Recreation, Motel/Hotel/Resort/Lodging, Airline Catering, Cruises, Clubs and Caterers, Casino and Gaming, Vending/Office Coffee Service, Military, Correctional and Other On-Site. Membership is limited to foodservice operators with purchasing decision-making authority. Distributorships and Distributor Sales Reps are not eligible to participate.
